Returns / Refunds/ Exchange Policies
Gift Sets, Gift Cards and Sample Sets are Final Sale. All shipments sent outside of Canada are not eligible for return. 

Purchases made using a third party instalment service (ie. Klarna, Afterpay, Sezzle) are final sale and are not eligible for refund. 

For regular sized perfumes (ie. 15ml and 50ml) returns and refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Please e-mail me to discuss if there is an issue with your order. Exchanges are possible within the guidelines found below. 

Only products purchased on www.cbcbfragrances.ca can be returned for a refund or an exchange. Any products bought elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase and within their individual guidelines.

Exchanges will only be considered if:

- The sender uses registered and tracked mail. (The cost of return to me is your responsibility)

-  The product is returned in sellable condition. IE: The product has not been sampled/sprayed.

- The return has been initiated within 7 days of receiving your items.

All of our products are vegan and cruelty-free, with no animal by-products used in their formulation or manufacturing.

We do not conduct, commission, or permit animal testing on our products at any stage.

All orders are shipped from a fulfillment partner in Ontario, Canada.

All CBCB Fragrance products are CUSMA compliant and should qualify for a reduction in American tariffs.

Any orders leaving Canada may however be subject to additional charges, fees or taxes of the nation's customs it is being shipped to. CBCB Fragrances is not responsible for any additional fees incurred by shipping outside of Canada.

Because of the nature of perfume we must ship by ground which limits our options for expedited shipping. If your order is a rush we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee an expedited option to your location.

Our shipping partners use a number of shipping partners to get your orders to you as quickly & affordably as possible.
